These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Smart DNS service and the included Getflix VPN provided by Smart DNS Proxy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Smart DNS Proxy provides a Smart DNS service that you configure on your devices and home network, along with an included Getflix VPN for encrypted connections on supported desktop and mobile devices. Features and availability may evolve over time as we improve the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue with a paid plan after the trial period; nothing is billed automatically during the trial.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at checkout (for example, monthly, annual, or every two years). Prices are displayed at the point of sale. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact our support team within 30 days of your payment to request a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or the rights of others;
  • Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; or
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the terms of any third-party services you access.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, branding, and content, are owned by Smart DNS Proxy and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or those of any third party.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to provide reliable connectivity, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart DNS Proxy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
